OUR STORY
Founded in 2009 by Nathalie DUCRAY and Patrice BIROT, FORSC is a company specialising in the support and development of individuals and teams within businesses, organisations, and the education sector.
Both Nathalie and Patrice have rich and diverse corporate backgrounds, having held roles as individual contributors and senior executives. Their experience spans a wide range of functions across the business world — including Engineering, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
They are both certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and trained in Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC – Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching), Co-Active Coaching (CTI), and Coach Supervision, among other disciplines.
With a network of over 100 coaches across more than 20 countries, FORSC and its partners are able to operate worldwide — offering services in multiple languages and across a broad cultural spectrum.

Nathalie Ducray

Before embarking on her 15-year career in coaching, Nathalie, a graduate of EDHEC Business School, spent an initial 15 years in the broadcast industry, holding positions in sales and management.
More recently, she has held senior roles within digital coaching start-ups, before taking several months to travel the world with her family — nurturing her curiosity and deepening family connections in a truly exceptional way.
Her work as a relational and holistic coach is deeply informed by her professional journey, her life experience, and her grounding in somatic practices, mindfulness, and emergent approaches.
Nathalie is a certified ORSC and Co-Active coach, a CSA-trained supervisor, and holds PCC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
She is also certified in MBTI, DISC, and The Leadership Circle Profile, and trained in neuroscience and coaching, neurodiversity in coaching, and professional co-development.
In addition, she serves as a faculty member and trainer for CRR Global, Performance Consultants International, and EDHEC Business School.
Passionate about human dynamics — both individual and collective — and recognised for her strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to foster meaningful connection, Nathalie works with individuals and teams across all sectors, in France, the United Kingdom (where she lived for several years), and internationally.
Her areas of expertise include individual coaching, team dynamics, leadership development, and event facilitation. She also supports fellow coaches in their professional growth through training, mentoring, and supervision.
Whether working in French or English, remotely or in person, Nathalie brings a deeply relational approach — grounded in authenticity and vulnerability — to help people reconnect with themselves, with others, and with the world around them.
Patrice Birot
With over thirty years of senior leadership experience in the corporate world, Patrice is a results-driven professional with a proven record of delivering innovative projects.
Originally trained as an Electronics Engineer, he went on to build extensive expertise in Sales and Marketing, and has held senior positions such as International Programme Manager, Sales Director, and Operations Director within major multinational corporations.
A true citizen of the world, Patrice has lived, worked and travelled across numerous countries, including the United States, China, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, South Korea, and Russia.
Since 2006, as a Consultant–Coach, he has supported leaders and their teams — in both French and English — through transformational projects that integrate all dimensions of the organisation: the individual (coaching), the team (team coaching/team building), and the organisation (organisational development).
His experience spans sectors such as electronics, telecommunications, media, financial services, energy transmission, and NGOs.
After co-founding CTI France (The Coaches Training Institute) in 2006, Patrice went on to co-found FORSC in 2009, as he began promoting the systemic ORSC approach (Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching) from CRR Global in France and across Europe. He has since become one of their partners and international trainers.
Firmly convinced that supervision is essential to ensure every coach’s professional and personal development, Patrice pursued a certified qualification in coach supervision, and has been offering supervision services since 2013.
